Due to popular demand, HeRo Canine Consulting is now offering consultations and advice via telephone and email. There are many training and behavior issues that we can help you with through our Virtual Support Service. This option is ideal for owners with limited time and/or funds or who need advice quickly.

The first fact-finding phone session (10 minutes maximum) or email is provided free of charge. Email or phone enquiries about our services and classes or requests for standard consult appointments will also be serviced at no cost.

Fees

Phone consults are charged at $30.00 for up to 30 minutes. Payment is required BEFORE the session is scheduled.

Email consults are charged $10.00 per training topic addressed and $20.00 for behavior modification issues (excluding aggression). Payment is required BEFORE HeRo will send a response via email.

As soon as we have received your payment, we will contact you to schedule an appointment via phone or send you an email addressing the training and behavior modification issues you requested. By filling out the form and authorizing payment through Pay Pal or check, client confirms that he/she has read, understands and agrees to terms and conditions laid out in this contract.
